Shipping policy

Welcome to Fezzy caps! We are committed to getting your new caps to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our postage and delivery policy carefully to understand the timeframes and charges associated with your order.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within [1-3] business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

  • Orders placed after [2:00 PM GMT] on a business day, or anytime on a weekend or Bank Holiday, will begin processing on the next working day.

  • Please note: The processing time is separate from the delivery/transit time.

2. Postage Rates and Delivery Estimates

Postage and packing charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur, particularly during peak seasons (e.g., Christmas).

  • International Shipping: We currently ship to selected countries/regions. International shipping times typically range from 7-21 working days and are calculated at checkout.

3. Dispatch Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a Dispatch Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been posted. The tracking number will usually become active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Import Duty, and VAT (For International Orders)

Fezzy caps is not responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or local VAT applied to your order. Any charges imposed during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, handling fees, etc.).

5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Parcels

Fezzy caps is not liable for any products damaged or lost in transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the courier/postal service to file a claim.

  • Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.

  • If your parcel is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the delivery company.

6. Delivery Restrictions

  • We do not currently deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
