Care & Maintenance
Care Instructions
To maintain the shape and longevity of your mesh trucker cap, hand-washing is generally recommended.
- Hand Wash: Fill a sink or bucket with cool or lukewarm water. Add a small amount of mild detergent or liquid soap.
- Soak: Submerge the cap and let it soak for 10–20 minutes.
- Spot Clean: Gently scrub the dirtiest areas (like the sweatband) with a soft brush or toothbrush. Avoid vigorous rubbing on the front panel, especially if it's foam, to prevent damage or discoloration.
- Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with cold water to remove all soap residue.
- Air Dry ONLY: Gently pat the hat with a clean towel to remove excess water. Do not put it in a washing machine or dryer, as the heat and tumbling can cause shrinking, melting of plastic parts, or warping.
- Reshape: Place the hat on a clean, rounded object (like a coffee can or ball) while it dries to help it retain its shape.
